Access Rating were appointed by Dennis Eagle Limited, a vehicle manufacturing company that produces emergency service vehicles. The company requested the audit to ensure their facilities could accommodate disabled visitors and employees.

The large industrial site based in Lemington Spa manufactures precision-made vehicles. It spams over three buildings, including a heavy vehicle loading area and parking areas. While a few areas needed more improvements than others, our full review found the site could easily become more inclusive with changes such as updating signage, adding disabled parking and toilets, and adjusting the main entrance doors. Recommendations such as accompanying disabled visitors until suggestions were implemented were made.

The site manager appreciated the informative audit and recognised that changes could make the site much easier for everyone to navigate, not only those with disabilities.
